Only a few days since Super Typhoon #RollyPH left a trail of devastation in Bicol, #UlyssesPH battered the region again early this morning, causing even more damage and forcing thousands more families to seek safety in evacuation centers amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are closely monitoring the situation in all areas affected by #Ulysses and we're deeply concerned for the survival and protection of children at risk. As the typhoon continues to cross mainland
