Keolu made it through his surgery today and is now going to rest and be observed for the week ahead at the surgery center. If all goes well, he’ll be able to come home next Tuesday! Once the pathology results are back, the doctor will then decide on the next course of treatment. But chemo is most likely the next step. Unfortunately he has a shaved hip and large scar as they accessed both tumors through the same incision. But his spirits are good! Thank you all again for your love and support! I’ll add a few photos of him after surgery in the picture collection.
