God is Good!

Today, this evening June 23 2020, Tatay is finally out of the CCU (coronary care unit). They transferred him back to his room. He is more alert and he is trying to utter words but with difficulty. He even ask for coffee, unfortunately he is only allowed to take sips of water until his doctors allowed him to.

He is slowly recuperating. His colostomy is functioning. Yesterday, they start feeding him via his J tube (jejunostomy feeding tube) and so far he is tolerating it.

The only concern right now is that tatay is having pneumonia. He is coughing badly and he requires suctioning to remove his secretions and phlegm bacause he is still weak to cough it out .

We are still in need of help to finance his hospital bill.
