Charles has received the final sentence from the Judge earlier today but I will leave it to Charles to add in a few (probably a lot) words to express his thanks and to share the final sentence fine amount (in respect to the initial proceedings). The good news is that the Prosecutor decided to proceed with 2 charges instead of 4, chose the less serious charges, refrained from giving any jail sentence, and reduced the fine amount drastically after taking the aggravating circumstances into consideration. The Judge also further reduced the fine amount upon hearing Charles' plea for leniency.

We are still discussing how we can go about to return the surplus of funds. We'll be in contact with you in the coming days.
