June 4, 2020 - Me and my daughter are now on our 4th day of self quarantine as required by our Municipal Health Office. I regularly provide an update of our health status to the Mhc Facility Facebook Page setup by our local baranggay. We are required to complete our 14 day self quarantine prior to the issuance of the Medical Clearance Certificate as required by the Philippine National Police for issuance of Travel Authority.
