With the pandemic continuing to increase food insecurity amongst vulnerable communities we will be providing ongoing monthly food rations until our regular widows lunch can resume.

At present our regular donors who sponsor our monthly lunch are instead supplying 5kg of chappati flour to our widowed households as a basic lifeline to our pakistani group.

However, there is a greater need for rice, oil and pulses which is not covered by our regular donations which we hope our friends and supporters may be able to suppliment for us.

Current prices per family is as follows

2kg rice = 300 PKR (£1.50) or £90 for 60 widows

2ltr oil = 440 PKR (£2.10) or £126 for 60 widows

1kg lentil = 150 PKR (£0.80) or £48 for 60 widows

1kg chickpea = 200 PKR (£1.00) or £60 for 60 widows
