First South African Artistic Gymnast to qualify for Olympics is Caitlin Rooskrantz. Let’s fund her mom to see her participate in the T20 Olympics.

Update posted by Beverley Feldman

Caitlin Rooskrantz is the first South African woman to qualify for the Olympics in artistic gymnastics. Her dedicated, single mom, Veda Rooskrantz has never seen her daughter perform internationally, because there has never been enough funding to include Veda. After the tragic death of her husband, Veda and her two children were left devastated. Caitlin was 8 yrs old, and showed remarkable talent in gymnastics. Veda gave up her nursing career to support and accommodate Caitlin’s demanding gym and school schedule. Despite challenging circumstances,Veda worked tirelessly to support Caitlin, who’s dedication and determination enabled her to achieve the highest level of success in her sport. Please let’s fund Veda and 2 or 3 more people close to Caitlin, to see her participate at the prestigious 2020 Olympics in Tokyo in July. This mother and daughter deserve to share this experience together!!! Let’s fund TeamCaitlin!!!
