Estimate of 1,000,000 pesos to save Miguels life

The doctor gave Miguel an estimate of around 1,000,000 pesos for the operation, including the PF.

Added an additional prescription to take daily. (warfarin). it is not one of the cheaper medicines sadly, but it is neccesary
