UPDATE: 12.15.19

Hello everyone! I am glad to inform you that my mom's procedure, ERCP, yesterday turned out to be a success; the team have successfully bypassed the obstruction in the biliary tree and they have inserted a plastic stent in order for the bile to drain. Her liver enzymes are slowly going down and her skin is also beginning to decrease in its yellow discoloration.

However, the findings of the procedure is not as good of a news as result of inserting the stent. For the obstruction might have been caused by a mass effect. We will discuss tomorrow with her oncologist what our next steps would be and we will definitely update everyone on what's the next step moving forward.

For now we are truly grateful for the successful procedure and slowly we are seeing results.
