My friend who is in the military and currently deploying in Syria on a NATO peace keeping mission, has a 9 years old son who has brain tumor and is undergoing surgery to have his benign tumor removed. They doctor needs to get some medication for the boy after the surgery, but since my friend can't make it back on time and he doesn't have any relatives to help with the money, the doctor is delaying the treatment process.
