Here are the results of the Angiogram test. Diagnosis was, the arteries do not supply enough blood to keep the heart pumping. The heart doesn't pump blood enough.

According to the doctor, since there are lots of blockages in the arteries, she suggested to go with a Bypass procedure instead of Angioplasty which will be cheaper and better than Angioplasty. If we go with Angioplasty, it would be fine but it would not be sufficient enough, plus we will have to keep sending him for Angioplasty due to he is diabetic. So the doctor recommended a Bypass Procedure for a long term plan.
