Dear Supporters and Followers,

Last Thursday I crossed the border into France to complete the journey across Switzerland from Italy in 9 days. It was an amazing experience. I can recommend it to anyone. It proves that if you push yourself out of your comfort zone from time to time you can really do surprising things. Walking 30 km per day for 9 days is sometimes hard on the body but you soon get into the rhythm of it and to do this walking across such a beautiful country was really a privilege. Thanks to you this walk was a really meaningful experience for myself and Neil. Neil kept his fundraising to the UK but combined we raised close to 3000 CHF for Raleigh International. My personal fundraising was split between two causes and I have almost raised the target amount of 2000 CHF. Half of which will go to Caritas to help Syrian Migrants and other migrants in dire need. I wish it was more and I will do more fundraising in the future solely for this cause.
