Post Surgery Day 3 - Fever and Vomiting

Hi all, Ash isn't doing so well today. He was running a fever last night and vomited twice. He's lethargic and not eating. So he's back on painkillers and hand fed, they suspect he is experiencing discomfort in his tummy.
