Last Day (Thank You)

Update posted by Jessica Daffon

Today is the last day of the campagn. We have earned more than I thought possible. The figure of Php 150,000 I first posted on this campaign was nothing but a personal estimate to the overall bill that would have been incurred by tthe family. The resulting bill was much higher and our familly stuggled to find ways to pay for it but because of everyone's help, we managed to get by, we managed to keep our heads afloat which has always been our goal in the first place.

When this whole campaign was first made, it was with despair and hope in my heart. I wasn't expeciting much, it was my first campaign, I could only advertise it by sharing the link, but I wanted to give hope to the worn faces of my sister and her husband. I poured my heart and soul in every word I wrote and we reached out to family, friends, and friends of friends, looking for help and prayers.

Right now, there are still some debts being paid off but this is not a hopeless struggle anymore. In the beginning, no one knew what to do, where to get money, but now, because of you, because of everyone's prayers and donations, we managed to get here. My family and I were touched and moved by people's kindness, the efforts even strangers made to help, to comfort. Please know that your actions and sincere words will forever remain in our hearts, we will forever remember the kindness you have shown us and the help you have given us.

I'm sorry that the only thing we can do in return right now is extend our most heartfelt and deepest thanks to all of you. but do know this, that your kindness today won't be wasted or forgotten and I will do as much as I can to pay it forward, to show kindness to others as well.

Our family has truly been saved and been helped by your kindness. Thank you so very much.

Baby Rafa and hs family thanks you from the deepest part of our hearts

May you all be blessed with good fortune and happiness, thank you so, so much. You have our deepest, most sincere gratitude.
