Tabby Korkor is not doing very well today. He’s drooling excessively and very lethargic. His body temperature is low (36.6°C-36.8°C). Vet says normal temperature should be 37.5°C. Also, just now, I realised his paw pads are quite cold and he was breathing quite heavily.

I brought him to the vet clinic where we seeked a second opinion previously today cause his usual vet clinic is closed for 3 days. I had wanted to remove the IV catheter he was discharged with yesterday cause I realised that it’s causing him discomfort. It is a good thing that I did, cause upon removing it, they found a big bruise!

At around noon today, I syringe fed Tabby Korkor a renal pouch and he vomited them out at around 4pm. The vet we saw today just says to continue with his anti-nausea injectables.

I had also syringe fed him just now at around 8pm, and he vomited the food out again at around 11:15pm. I’m getting very worried that his GI tract somehow is not digesting.

I plan on giving him the Royal Canin renal liquid in a while. I need to get some calories into him!
