Approaching the death knell. Yesterday staff voted to continue working as total volunteers...that is no compensation whatsoever or hope of compensation...amazing commitment shown in the face of next to nothing in funding despite our ongoing best efforts. This is because they are extremely professional and see the miraculous results we produce on a daily basis. Never underestimate the will power of a people who have been victimized by the worst genocide in the world in the last hundred years. I stand humbled by their stalwart example.
