"First week in PNG at a district hospital in Kiunga, on the border of West Papua. Plenty of TB. Already seen paeds cases of M ulcerans and primary yaws. The way things are run here has given me a huge appreciation for how dedicated, efficient and knowledgeable the staff are at BPC.
