LGBTI refugees in Uganda suffer many different forms of discrimination. They are unable to find jobs or even to start the smallest micro initiative; no one would buy anything from them! They are also unable to get any support from their families and neighbours and are literally struggling to survive.
This is a small participatory video a group of Angels Refugee Arsga directed, acted, filmed and edited.
We are working on a series of these little videos which hopefully will help them convince people that they are humenas who deserve help and compassion, like anyone else.LGBTI refugees in Uganda do not have work opportunities. They get very little or no help from the organizations, neighbours or even their families. It is very hard from them to survive in Kampala.
