My mother in law needs a hip replacement urgently

My mother in law has a hip problem she needs to to for the hip replacement opperation. We have tried all the goverment hospitals but they refuse to put her on the operation list.
She has been walking with this problem for about the last 9 years. She is stugling to walk and the medicine is not working anymore.
We got a price from a specialist and a operation like this can cost up to R350 000.00.
She doesnt have medical aid. And she cant work either. She will be 60 years old on the 7th of April this year. She will then get pension but that will never be enough.
My father in Law also doesnt work. And me and my husband cant afford to put her on medical aid either.
