The Manav Janhit Vikas Samiti Society for Social & Environmental Cause was established in 2005 and is registered under the Society Registration Act, 1860 vide Registration No. UP/2012/0055639, also got Registration under Section 12-A and 80-G from Income Tax Department, one of the largest people based NGOs in Ghazipur with the aim to empower the Minority/ST/SC/OBC and poor/needy people/communities, which are relatively disadvantaged section of the society, by enhancing their skills and capabilities to make them employable in industries, services, business sector as well as in government sector. The approach of the Society is to introduce multifarious schemes to have a target oriented, time-bound, realistic and optimum yielding results to serve the poor and needy youth, women and children. The Society has been successfully performing its programs under its aims and objects as defined in the Memorandum of Association and with unanimous decision of the Members of the Society, on a regular basis since inception.
In the social sector, there are many urgent needs of the people relating to Human Resource Development, Legal Awareness for Women, Environmental Protection, Formal and Non-formal Education, Road Safety Awareness, Consumer Awareness, Adulteration Awareness, Language Promotion, Human Rights Awareness, Anti-Drug Awareness, Vocational Training Centers of new skills and up-gradation of old skills, fulfillment of health, needs of the women, children and victims of serious diseases like HIV, AIDS, TB, Cancer. The target can only be achieved with the combined efforts of all human beings.
In the above content, our approach is to develop the living standard of the people of India as well as Ghazipur and nearby areas also for multi-dimensional development, particularly those families who are living below poverty line.
