As you may know, I graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Services and earned my Masters of Science degree with a concentration in leadership in 2014. I have been on a both a professional and personal journey to help bridge human services delivery systems to people help individuals, families, and communities reduce stigma and discrimination and foster skills to help save those in need. This is why I am working towards advancing my education in mental health first aid training and awareness. I would love for you to be a part of this movement!
