Praying for Grace’ continuous recovery.

Update posted by Mary Ann Santiago

The doctors of Grace are looking for about a week or less to still monitor her condition in the hospital. They wanted to monitor her stability and how her body will respond after therapy. Grace just had a 2D echocardiogram. Sadly, they’ve seen that her heart contracts slowly which has been the cause of her recent stroke. She cannot undergo an angiogram procedure nor take a blood thinner medication due to her Chronic Atrial Fibrillation. Having said that, she’s still at risk of another stroke or heart attack. At this point, we are surrending everything to God. All we can do right now is to manage her illnesses and provide her proper nursing care. Please continue to pray for our mom for her fast recovery.

Unfortunately, she’s been experiencing depression as well. We are trying to comfort her the best that we can.

For those who wanted to share their blessings for Grace’ medications & rehabilitation, we thank you in advance. God bless you.

UPDATE ABOUT GRACE: (as of March 20, 2019)

Our amazing God has answered all our prayers. Grace is now at home and continuously recovering. Thank you everyone for all the love & support for Grace. It was extremely painful experience for Grace and her family. This trial has brought learning & realizations about time, life, priorities, kinship, people, and faith. Despite all, we remained strong in the Lord. We only put our trust in Him. Once again, we thank all who fervently prayed & shared their blessings for our Mom. Please continue to pray for all who suffered and still sufferring from stroke, it is definitely not the place we wanted for our loved ones but things happen for certain reasons and no matter how hard it can be, we simply have to trust His Will. Godbless everyone.
