Update posted by Karla DimaliuatRara’s platelet count is still lower than normal. He will have another blood transfusion (2 bags)
Update on his bacterial infection:
Klebsiella Pneumoniae - normally contracted in a hospital or healthcare setting and is spread through direct person-to-person contact.
This is what’s causing his platelet to go down
