Alejandra is also currently trying to help her Grandmother who has been sick for a few years as well, she had been diagnosed previously with a esophageal candidiasis who had her with a terrible cough and even blood vomiting. She was treated, but it is very possible that she has more or some other bacteria who got covered up by the previous condition since her cough reappeared and gastrointestinal issues along with it.
