My father Narciso D. Samson who's been diagnos of CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE TO HYPERTENSIVE NEPHROSCELORIS and having complication called CENTRAL RETINAL VEIN OCCLUSION MASCULAR EDEMA ( NO VISION IN RIGHT EYE).
My father is a philhealth member but it will lapse soon. Not all the benefits are covered by philhealth. We are looking foward to have a slot in public dialysis center. For now my father is having his dialysis in private. We asked for your kindness to raise a fund for my father's treatment.
