I don't have any family to help me. Being a caretaker is a 24/7 job. That being said I have no friends either. I'm out of options. I wouldn't trade every last minute I get with her for the world. I truly believe I'm doing the best thing for her by keeping her home instead of a nursing home.We recently went to the doctor and they are amazed at the great shape she's in. She's 92 years young. She's wheelchair bound and homebound. She is starting to forget how to eat and drink at this point. I just can't do it on my own anymore. I'm also a single mom of two so all my resources go to bills with not a penny left over for any aide or anything else for that matter. Thank you for your time and consideration.
