Hi! I am Rogelio Cirilo, I'm from the Philippines and I am raising money for the surgery of my niece, Ava. She was born with a congenital heart disease ( Pulmonary Atresia) and needs a series of surgeries (shunt) as soon as possible. It was only yesterday, July 17th of 2018 that we had a clear knowledge of her condition and she was required for an immediate surgery.
