Update posted by Kathryn GrayJust a short day today so doesn't really count! Only a couple of miles to the first stop.
Just as well because it was cold and very wet. Now in the Hope and Anchor at Port Carlisle a very cosy, friendly hotel with a very accommodating owner. Watching videos.
Tomorrow 20 odds miles to Carlisle but no rain forecast.
