Hi all,

For those that do not know, the land use board hearing on this matter is scheduled to take place starting this Thursday, September 6th at 7:30 PM. This will be held at the borough high school and we need as many residents and concerned citizens to attend as possible.

This action committee will be represented by our hired attorney, John Kwasnik and supported by our land use planning expert Marta Lefsky. It is our goal to present significant evidence as to why this location is NOT suited for this type of use variance. Please note that you as a resident and/or a concerned citizen will also be allowed to speak and ask questions of the applicant and I would encourage everyone to do so.

We are also looking to place as many yard signs up as possible so if you/your friends/your family would be willing to place on your lawn, please let me know and we will drop off ASAP.

Also please note that myself as well as Linda Mazzola are running for borough council this fall and if elected will continue to do everything in our power to block this land use application. Please be sure to Vote November 4th as 2 council seats are up in this election.
