She is down to maybe 50 pounds. Yes very bad. Her doctor said today she needs to get off the street now. He has a clinic for rehab which also includes food and bed for 150 euros (175 US dollars) each week. He normally charges 400 each week but he knows she is in crtical life condition.

I have no words. I know she needs help today. I am not sure she will last 2 weeks at this rate of decline. My heart breaks daily. She is recuperating from succesful thyroid surgery (caused worse weight loss along with severe breathing problems) but doctor is worried about infections being on the dirty and wet and hot streets.
