Run Melb. half marathon and training upday!!! :) :) :)

Hello everyone!!! :)

Training on track! I ran in the Run Melbourne half marathon on Sunday. It was such a fun, lively and exciting day and it felt like a really comfortable run. I ran 1hr59mins just under my goal of 2hrs - and that was with a toilet stop in the exhibition building on the run past haha. Feeling good now - not sore so shall do another big run this weekend. Have to up the training/distance and would like to complete 35km before the full 42km in October.

Thanks for your continual support, questions and training advice. Thanks especially to mum and dad for feeding me plenty of yummies and dealing with my sore muscle complaints and thanks to Janet and Rod for driving me into the city at ridiculous hours of the day for training and races. A huge thank you from the women and children in Naivasha as well. I cant wait to start planning where the funds will go with mum. Shall keep you updated.
