***** Updates to the story *****

The mother has spoken to the caseworker, she is still denying the mother any contact with the other 4 children and claim the only way that will happen is if they meet up face to face and the caseworker at DHS stated she doesn't know when she will have time to do that. At this time the mother has no clue on how her children are medical, mentally, or even if they are beating treated adequately. As we previously stated 4 days in and Brianna was still wearing the same clothes she had on when they 1st took her. So it is apparent the state isn't even providing clean clothing for 1 child we doubt any of the others are either. The casework even at one point asked the mother to bring all the kids clothes, bath products and more. The other offered to take them after she expressed how they were under state custody 100% so the state should have provided them with a fresh change of clothes, bath products and more until Tammy had adequate time to gather all their belongings. The DHS work than got rude and said fine than refused to meet up with Tammy the mother for the kid's personal belongings.

So we have no idea if the other 4 children are even being cared for properly, are they being clothed properly, are they evening being fed and given proper fluids. The 1st 24 hours they were in care 2 of the oldest children which one was Brianna and her Siste Kaitly were made to sleep on the floor, given nothing to eat.

OK DHS has violated so many civil and human rights against these children over the course of 5 days it is maddening they are MONSTERS!!!! They are putting these 5 children through mental hell right now just because they have a political motivation and it is disgusting that they are abusing this entire family!!!!

The mother took a drug test by the court request and passed with flying colors, she is in a pain management program already for years and every month has to submit to a drug test. The caseworker has outright refused from day one and even the 1st day in court on day 2 of this travesty to test Brianna for these alleged drugs they are accusing the mother of having given to her!!!!

On Monday we finally have the funds to retain an attorney for the $1000 retainer fee so Thank you very much from the bottom our hearts for all that donated. The 1st page was shut down so we lost all $585 dollars and those original donors will get their money back. We suspect the youcaring page was shut down because of the nature of this case. There will continue to be legal expenses mounting daily for this Single mother and while the attorney has agreed to let her pay it out over time this will still be a very expensive legal battle so if you can please continue to donate.
