We volunteered at KIND to experience how the charity works and to get to know some of the children the Christmas Appeal 2017 supports.

The Year 1 children from Pleasant Street Primary School are of different origins and have different abilities. In a day of science the children enjoyed learning about the characteristics of living beings, plant adaptation and movement.

After three weeks of fundraising, we succeeded in reaching our goal by raising funds of £511 from 39 backers. Your donations help disadvantaged children and their families from across Liverpool and Merseyside enjoy a special Christmas by providing them with large hampers filled with food, toys and clothing for Christmas.
