Grace is scheduled to undergo her 1st chemo session on Friday, October 6, 2017. We have reduced the amount needed to be raised from PHP 500,000 to PHP 250,000, since her first 4 chemo sessions will be free of charge! Thanks to PhilHealth! We are raising money for the additional chemo sessions and other medical expenses that she would need to spend on while recuperating and unable to go to work.

The doctor's appointments and treatments are taking a while because Grace could not afford a private doctor. Luckily, the Philippine Government gives support to cancer patients. Since it's (mostly) free, if not more affordable than going to a private doctor, the line is always long. Despite the odds, Grace remains positive and continues to be an inspiration to those who know her.
