Update on MaoMi's situation after visit to vet yesterday:

MaoMi's eye surgery now most likely to involve three procedures: (1) fix a torn jagged third eye lid. (2) surgical removal of sequestrum which has grown a bit bigger over the last two weeks (3) graft to patch the hole created by the removal of sequestrum.
So MaoMi's eye surgery now expects to cost S$3K to S$4K. Will be most grateful if you could help to contribute to his medical cost.

Good news: MaoMi's blood test at vet yesterday shows that he responded well on the hyperthyroid medication he started two weeks ago, and is in good condition to undergo general anaesthesia for the eye surgery.
