06/28 UPDATE

It was a better experience with the surgeon today and Calel cooperated 40% of the time during the consultation.

The journey was far, it was raining and I have no sleep but anything for Calel to take that journey to recovery.

We learned something about him - he gets irritated by humidity. During the wait time, we were very challenged with him since he went into a meltdown for almost an hour. The husband and I tried to calm him down by carrying, hugging and singing to him but it took so much effort with the little ventilation that the hallway gave.

He kept trying to pull us off the chairs so we would go home but the husband and I were so determined to go through the consultation.

We were happy with the Doctor today, he was accommodating and he explained to us in detail what he needs to know prior to the surgery to make Calel gets the right fix.

No discussion of fee's yet since the Doctor still needs to determine the location of his testes.

Up next is a CT scan under sedation to know how the procedure will be done which is a must since his condition may lead to Testicular cancer if left untreated.

So far from Calel's fund we have spent 1,500Php which includes 2 check-ups, fare and food (He would always request to buy snacks if he passes a store).
