I want to start by staying that I will supposedly receive a refund of the registration fee (but it has yet to arrive) due to being awarded free registration. I have also added the expenses of my flight back (which include staying an extra two nights at a hotel than originally planned, so there are now two hotel fees listed). On the plus side, the second hotel offers a shuttle to the airport so the Uber estimates (pictured below) have reduced.

The following is the original estimate:

• $125 "early bird" registration fee
• $349.44 for accommodations
• $80 of the estimated Uber ride to/from the airport (I verified Uber's website for the estimate based on the airport/hotel addresses).
• $260 for the flight to Indianapolis, IN (the return ticket has yet to be bought).
• The remaining 45.56 for unexpected expenses as well as my dinners (breakfast is covered by the hotel while lunch is covered by the conference).
• Total: 860

The following is the new estimate:

• Hotel accommodation is $349.44.
• Ground transportation estimates (Uber estimate from and to airport, screenshot of estimate below): $80.
• The flight to Indianapolis, IN costs $260.
• The flight home from Indianapolis, IN costs: $223.
• Food/miscellaneous expenses: $80 (this would include dinners Wednesday-Saturday and unexpected expenses).
• Total: 992.44
