Thanks to your kindness I did able to buy a Uratex Permahard Bio-Aire Mattress Pads and a Uratex Snoozy Pillow for Mama Tina. She's already using it and guess what? When I asked her if she feels more comfortable with it she blinked her eyes which means a YES. I also notice she sleeps longer now than before. :)
