We had a great showing at the Silicon Valley Regionals this weekend! We made it to the semifinals, and gave arguably the best team in the world (#254) their first loss of the year. Our new mechanism for floor gear intake and outtake (aka FloorIO), which we designed and built in less than a week, worked flawlessly!

Now we've got Alexandra (and a whole lot of tools and parts) packed up and ready to start the journey to Houston. Our mentor is making the final travel arrangements, which turned out to be more expensive than we'd originally planned, so I've had to increase my goal. I'm still hopeful that we'll make it and I'll be able to join the team.
