Well, it's after Christmas and I can honestly say I received the best Christmas present ever! I may never know the identity of everyone who donated, but Milo and I both say thank you to every single person who donated so much as a dollar to Milo's surgery! While we have not completely reached our goal of $2400, Milo has been scheduled on January 15th, 2017 to have blood work and X-Rays done, to see the full extent of the damage. At this point we will hopefully know how many teeth need to be removed and if he needs to see a specialist to have it done. Fingers crossed all goes well and the disease hasn't progressed too much. He continues to do very well on his freeze-dried raw diet, though unfortunately we are not seeing the weight gain that we'd like. Hopefully in the New Year we will see him put on a few more pounds and Milo will see a pain-free 2017!
