As of this writing, Ping is confined at Southern Philippines Medical Center, Davao City due to her pneumonia. She is supposedly finishing her 30days radiation therapy. Unfortunately, she cant get the go signal from her group of doctors. She is now at ICU for isolation and is taking antibiotic (prepenem 500mg) for more than 20 days already that costs atleast P1,000 which she takes every after 6hrs. Thats too much from us because we're buying it outside the hospital, aside from all her medicines purchased within the hospital. During the confinement, she had this bloated and painful abdomen leading her to undergo CT scan to determine if tumor has spread. She was depressed but after 5 days, a sigh of relief from all of us because it was negative. She is in support of mechanical Ventilator because she's having hard time breathing. She was intubated for 1 week and tracheostomy (surgical procedure to open a portion of her neck for a breathing tube) was done to keep her from further infection and aid her difficulty of breathing. Still NGT is attached.

As of this time, we still need financial assistance. For almost 9months of battling her cancer, Ping is still positive that she will overcome this and continue her journey. With our support, from her family and friends and from all of you who are blessed, Ping may be able to have her good life back.
