Surgery Update: The surgery was more extensive than the doctors originally thought. They removed all the bones, nose, pallet and eye on the left side of her face. Unfortunately they were unable to get all of the cancer from the bone protecting the brain and has been diagnosed with pneumonia. That is only the beginning of a long hard journey, in about 4 weeks she will start radiation and chemo we have not been told what the schedule is but have given the understanding that radiation will be daily . Since the surgery she has been feed through a tube in her stomach and will continue to for several months after treatment. We would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support.
