Last Sept 24, Grow Community along with volunteers, doctors, and dentists visited the ladies of Wipe Every Tear Philippines. The team conducted talks on emotional healing and health. We also listened to their stories and were inspired of their positive outlook in life despite their past.

A medical team of doctors and dentists did medical and dental checkups, gave medicine, and tooth extractions.

We also did a livelihood demo on how to make special pastillas. The ladies can make these sweet milk candies in time to sell come Christmas.

We have given 70 hygiene kits to all ladies containing shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitary pads, deodorant, and laundry detergent.

We are overwhelmed by all the help we received and by the smiles and stories we have seen and heard from the ladies. This is not a one time outreach event. We pray to see them again soon and truly bring hope and healing by letting them feel the overwhelming love of Jesus Christ.
