The FTC has called on 7/25/16 to indicate they may be dropping me from their action. Although nothing has been conveyed in writing, this fundraiser will be suspended and remaining monies will be returned after I am confident the matter is resolved. This may take months to years depending on how events transpire between the FTC and TA Sciences but during this time, our legal defense fund is not being drawn down.
