We saw the doc yesterday. He made Dusti do some exercises, then he push down on each vertebra checking for pain, & told Dustin to bend forward to stretch the spine while feeling how each vertebra moves and for stability. He told us he is happy with T12's stability. The xrays were great nothing has moved. The docs only worry is the constant pain of the muscles holding the spine, he says they can take about 2 years to reposition themselves into their new home or fatigue completely, then he would have to operate. Dusti has been complaining about his shoulder and it looks like its drooping more and more since that accident, the doc showed us his xray and told us that the shoulder is calcifying and that is causing the pain, and said he was expecting this to happen. He said he would refer us to a shoulder specialist. The other thing we were worried about was the numbness behind his knee going down the leg, caused through him landing so hard on the ground, it squished the bone just above the coccyx, pinching the nerve. The doc said he thinks we should take it as permanent, because of nerve damage. Dusti has been given alot more freedom but must just monitor pain and anything causing discomfort while training. He isnt allowed to pick up his daughter yet, the most he is allowed to lift is 5kg and do body squats. We praise Jesus for all the positivity and healing. This week we will go to physio to get more ideas of the types of exercises he can do. Please keep up ur prayers, we appreciate you all so much
