Happy to report the huge progress, firstly in Ib's condition: he is now off the ventilator and should be out of ICU tomorrow or the day after. And secondly in the fantastic support - we are well on our way to reach the goal. It's been heart warming to note the many encouraging messages and see how the mission has spread like a wildfire. Many of you have transferred directly to Ib's wife's bank account and if you write me on [email protected] I will be pleased to pass the details to anyone else with the same inclination.

Many of Ib's friends in the Philippines, both locals and expatriates, have also taken the opportunity to visit Ib in the hospital and Ib has told me that these visits as well as the entire fund raising effort is giving him a renewed sense of hope and purpose! A big THANK YOU to everyone for your care and support and a special hat tip to Francis, Jerome, Mailyn, Jessie and Finn for showing up in person... You are all making a real difference!
