All defendants, except for Judge Simonelli, have been served. Judge Simonelli should be served today or tomorrow. Chief Danielson answered the Complaint and generally denied all allegations. Chief Richards requested additional time to respond to the Complaint and other answers are due on July 8th. Defendants have until July 18th to respond to the Preliminary Injunction. We are tentatively set for a hearing on August 1st, however th...at date is subject to change.
