She has made good physical progress. She is also communicating well and eating well. She continues to be confused about where she is and sometimes who we all are. I wonder if it's like being in one of those dreams, when you know you're dreaming, yet your surroundings are a cascade of things that don't make sense.

She also fell recently. She was left unattended out of bed and she thought she could walk. When she fell, she damaged both rotator cuffs. It's an extremely frustrating situation seeing more injury to your loved one that is already going through so much.

She is scheduled to be moved soon, based on her good progress. The "system" allows patients to stay for a certain level of care and when they improve, they are moved to a less intensive facility. They are talking about Brewer right now. I will post the new facility when we know.
