Rhonda is a fun loving, good and my only child!!!

Rhonda is now in ICU in Hamilton General Hospital. On Nov. 6, 2015 she was rushed to Grand River Hospital with what seemed like a stroke or an aneurysm. She was transferred to Hamilton where she underwent surgery to stop the bleeding in her brain. As of Nov 30 she is still unconscious, breathing with the help of a ventilator and paralyzed on the right side of her body. She has developed pneumonia and is currently being treated for that as well. After a lot of tests and scans the doctors have ruled out a stroke, aneurysm or AV Malformation. Until the medical team discovers what caused the brain hemorrhage there is no clear prognosis. However, what we do know at this point is that Rhonda has a long difficult battle ahead of her.

The outpouring of love and concern for Rhonda has been overwhelming! She is so lucky to have so many well-meaning and caring friends! The family appreciates all your prayers and well wishes. Keep praying and sending good vibes her way. She is going to need more love and support so much in the coming weeks and months.

I would like everyone out there to help ease the financial burden of some of the extra expenses that arise out of a medical crisis such as this. We have focus all of our attention on Rhonda and her recovery without having to worry about finances.
