Just want to add a big THANK YOU to all those who have given directly to help Ellie find her new life in UK - a massive £117.10 raised in this way so far from very kind and caring people. I particularly want to thank Mustafa who I met this morning for the first time. He lives two villages away and made it known he would like to meet me to give a donation personally, and his generosity is so appreciated. Sometimes it's easy to forget that Bulgaria has many caring, concerned people when it seems all you see around you are abused and neglected animals. He also met Ellie and the other two dogs she is being fostered with here, and spoke about the issues of abandoned dogs and the unsatisfactory situation regarding animal welfare in this country. Lovely to meet another young Bulgarian who can see the faults and wants change, and, certainly in Ellie's case, decides to help to do something about it. Thank you Mustafa!
